All IseMoody dresses are one-of-a-kind pieces, handmade using artisan techniques, and never reproduced.
Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment is completed. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraud
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Processing time is 2–5 business days; shipping time depends on location.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited and unique nature of our products:
- Returns are accepted within 72 hours of delivery
- Item must be unworn and in original condition
- Custom pieces are non-returnable
