Isemoody’s Journey of Love and Labor Shines at Tallinn Fashion Week
The launch of Isemoody handmade dresses in Estonia took place on March 20 as part of Tallinn Fashion Week. After nine months of testing in our home studio, we completed our first 150 dresses. Of these, 100 were made available in our online store at www.isemoody.com, while the rest were listed in Ilona Abdullaeva’s Etsy shop (link). We are sharing some pictures of the work process, which involved a lot of problem-solving, as we worked with 15 different types of cotton fabric, each behaving quite differently. Initially, making a single dress took us several days, but later, with the help of assistants, we were able to add 3–5 unique dresses to the store every day!
